TERMS & CONDITIONS

-  ALL Guests must sign a Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement in consideration of The Pheasant Farm (Herein after TPF) to use its facilities.

-  Sign-in occurs 15 minutes prior to scheduled hunt time. 

-  Hunts last no longer than 3 hours from scheduled hunt time.

-  NO LEAD shot or shells larger than 3 inch 4 shot.

-  Everyone accompanying the hunt must wear blaze orange & safety glasses an orange hat & ear protection are recommended, but not required.

-  NO consumption of alcoholic beverages prior to or during the hunt.

-  TPF reserves the right to reschedule your hunt to another field any time prior to your scheduled hunt.

-  TPF recommends having at least 1 well conditioned dog that has some bird hunting experience.

-  Dogs must be kept under strict control and be kept clear of the game bird pen area at all times and are not allowed in the clubhouse.

-  Birds shall not be shot while on ground.

-  TPF makes no guarantees as to the number of birds harvested.

-  Birds harvested in excess of the quantity released are half price for Non-Members and FREE for Members.

-  Birds exchanged will be inspected.  TPF may refuse birds that have been mutilated.

-  Persons failing to follow regulations or behave in an unsafe manner will be requested to leave the property.

-  By providing your email address you agree to receive information including hunt confirmation as well as periodic notices regarding promotional events, special sale offers and updates about the operations of the TPF.  To opt out please send us an email requesting us to remove your name from our mailing list. 

-  TPF respects your privacy and does NOT sell or disclose any personal information we collect accept as required by law.  All information collected by TPF is stored in secure locations accessible to only senior personnel of the TPF and is retained on file as long as required by law after which all documents containing personal information are properly destroyed.

-  TPF reserves the unconditional right to use the name, voice, and photographic likeness of the person(s) hunting our farm in regards to any publications and audio/video productions of the TPF.

REFUND POLICY - Full refund if reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled hunt time.  Cancellations occurring within 48 hours of scheduled hunt time will be refunded at 50% of sales price.  Weather related hunt cancellations can either be rescheduled or fully refunded as long as we are contacted before releasing your birds.
